HORIZONTAL TURBULENCE OR PLOUGH MIXER

A precision machine for mixing solid products with other solids, solids with liquid injection, and solids with gases. The precision of the mixture 1:1.000.000 is reached within a maximum time of 3 to 6 minutes. The turbulence keeps the products to be mixed in constant movement. Intensifiers can also be added and they are highly effective in de-agglomeration processes. Mixing is discontinuous by loads, with capacities ranging from 100 L to 30.000 litres.

We also produce continuous-process machines and machines with a double jacket for heating, to work as a vacuum dryer and chemical reactor. Built in stainless and carbon steel.

BLADE MIXER

Two-shaft mixer for solids with liquids with a capacity from 100 litres to 10.000 litres. It can be used as a washer for products with a grain size of 0’5 to 10 mm or in asphaltic plants to add humidity to the filler, thus making transport easier. It is built in anti-wear steel or stainless steel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

OPPOSED SCREW MIXER This is a machine to mix powdered and granulated products in which a strict exactness in the formulas is not required. The models manufactured have capacities ranging from 200 litres to 10.000 litres and are made of stainless or carbon steel.
