Manufactured for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. They are designed specifically for each case or process. They can also be built to our customers’ own design. The reaction equipment, in stainless steel, can be produced at laboratory scale or for capacities of up to several cubic metres.

It mainly comprises:

a) REACTOR, which can include:

• Interior coil to produce a uniform reaction temperature.
• Stirring turbines for the correct mixing of all of the reagents.
• External half pipe to cool or heat the reaction.
• Safety valves.
• Inspection doors.
• Sights.
• Etc.

b) CONDENSERS. Formed by sets of interior tubes which provide several square metres of exchange area. With or without a double bottom at one of the ends.

c) DECANTERS. Our decanters, with an interior coil, can be produced with or without a double chamber and with or without sights

ATOMISER-DRYER
Made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 4 m and 15 m high. It operates by circulating a back current of hot air.

 

TANKS AND OTHER PRESSURISED EQUIPMENT

Our company is registered as a Manufacturer of Pressurised Equipment and our technical engineering office prepares projects for the manufacture of this equipment following AD-MERKBLATTER and ASME design norms. All of our equipment subsequently undergoes the tests which are required in each case (weld radiography, hydraulic tests, etc.)
